Der Hirschen ist ein familiengeführtes 4* Design Hotel in der Salzburger Innenstadt mit 106 Zimmern, drei Seminarräumen und einem großen Garten, das nach 2-jährigem Umbau mit neuem Gesicht wiedereröffnet hat. Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Stellvertrendene/n Housekeeping Manager/in Folgende Aufgaben fallen in deinen Tätigkeitsbereich:

* Die stellvertretende operative Leitung des Reinigungsteams

* Das Kontrollieren der täglichen Reinigung der Zimmer, öffentlichen Bereiche und des Back-Offices

* Mithelfen bei der Reinigung bei Bedarf

* Das Einhalten und kontrollieren der Hygienestandards im gesamten Hotel

* Die Koordination mit der externen Wäschereinigung und diversen Dienstleistern

Um diese vielfältigen Aufgaben zu erfüllen, suchen wir jemand mit:

* Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und keine Scheu, ein Team zu leiten

* einschlägige Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch oder sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Herzlicher Persönlichkeit mit guten GastgeberInnenqualitäten

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Microsoft Office, sowie vorzugsweise MEWS, unserem PMS
