DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Erfahrung im Lebensmittelhandel, speziell Feinkost und/oder Fleisch

* erste Erfahrungen als Abteilungsleiter_in von Vorteil

* Freude am aktiven Verkaufen

* hohe Einsatzbereitschaft

* absolutes Hygiene- und Frischebewusstsein

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

* Stellvertretende Leitung der Abteilung Frischetheke inkl. Mitarbeiter_innenführung (Personaleinsatzplanung, etc.)

* Verantwortung für einen der Fachbereiche (Feinkost, Fleisch, Fisch, Brot)

* Bestellungen sowie Kühl- und Lagerwesen

* Aktiver Verkauf und fachkundige Beratung der Kund_innen

* Attraktive Aktions- und Warenpräsentation und Preiskontrolle

* Verantwortung für Einhaltung der Sauberkeits- und Hygienerichtlinien

* Mitverantwortung für monatliche Inventur der Frischetheke

* Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter_innen
