Die Stadtgemeinde Gänserndorf ist eine sehr dynamische Bezirkshauptstadt und verfügt über zahlreiche Freizeit-, Sport- und Kultureinrichtungen. Mit mehr als 200 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter verwalten wir die öffentlichen Gebäude und Einrichtungen und sorgen uns um das Wohl der rund 13.000 Gemeinde-bürgerinnen und Gemeindebürger.

Um die positive Entwicklung unserer Stadt voranzutreiben, suchen wir 1 Stellvertretende Leitung Abteilung Finanzen (m/w/d)

40 Stunden pro Woche

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du arbeitest im Team und erledigst die Buchhaltung der Gemeinde sowie der Gemeindeverbände nach den Bestimmungen der geltenden Voranschlags- und Rechnungsabschlussverordnung (VRV 2015).

* Du bist maßgeblich an der Erstellung des Budgets sowie der Fertigstellung der Rechnungsabschlüsse beteiligt.

* Du führst Planungs- und Controlling-Prozesse durch und bereitest relevante Informationen und Daten für Entscheidungsträgerinnen und -träger auf.

* Du arbeitest an diversen Projekten sowie an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen mit.

* Du bist Ansprechpartnerin/-partner für sämtliche buchhalterische Anfragen - intern und extern.

Wir freuen uns auf dich, wenn du:

* über eine österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft verfügst bzw. EU- oder EWR-Bürger bist,

* eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung hast (z.B. HAK, HLW, Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung) sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bilanzierung vorweist,

* Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen besitzt und

* über hohe soziale Kompetenz, Kooperations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit verfügst.

Entlohnung: Bruttomindestgehalt Vollzeit ab € 3.470,- /Monat. Die Anstellung und Entlohnung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung (gem. NÖ Gemeinde-Bedienstetengesetz 2025)
