In einer der ursprünglichsten und vielleicht atemberaubendsten Naturlandschaften Europas liegt die St. Martins Therme & Lodge, ein Thermenresort der VAMED Vitality World.

Unsere exklusive Lodge (4-Sterne Superior) im nördlichen Burgenland, am Rande des Nationalparks Neusiedler See - Seewinkel, ist Ausgangspunkt für Entdecker und Abenteurer und zugleich eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung.

Für unser Resort suchen wir ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung 1 Stellvertretende Leitung Technik / Facility Management (w/m/d)

Ihr Job bei uns:

* Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei der Koordination und Überwachung von Störungsbehebungen und Reparaturen in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Steuer- und Regeltechnik, Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen, der Energieversorgung sowie der technischen Sicherheitseinrichtungen

* Angebotseinholungen und Überwachung von beauftragten Auftragsnehmern

Mithilfe bei Projekten im Bereich Mess-Steuer-Regeltechnik; Gebäudeleittechnik und HKLS

* Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination von Sanierungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Organisatorische Tätigkeiten hinsichtlich Instandhaltung der Infrastruktur und Erfüllung technischer Anforderungen von operativen Abteilungen, z.B. bei Events

* Diverse Dokumentationstätigkeiten in Bezug auf interne Prozesse, Behördenmeldungen und Erfüllung von Auflagen (Hygiene, Brandschutz, Sicherheit)

Ihr Profil - Sie begeistern uns mit:

* Fundierte technische Ausbildung (HTL/FS/FH) oder abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung

* Erste Berufserfahrung Bereich Elektrotechnik / Mess-Steuer-Regetechnik und / oder Heizung-Lüftung-Klima

* Vorausschauende Denkweise, Organisationsgeschick und Hands-on Mentalität

* Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Hinblick auf Gästeorientierung eines 365 Tage pro Jahr geöffneten Hotel- und Thermenbetriebes

* Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und eigenverantwortliches Handeln

* Interesse an einem breiten Aufgabengebiet
