Wir suchen eine_n Store Assistant Manager_in (m/w/d) für unsere Neueröffnung in Linz mit Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Einzelhandel. Wir helfen dir dabei, erfolgreich durchzustarten und bieten dir zudem großartige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Die Aufgaben

Du arbeitest eng mit dem oder der Store Manager_in zusammen, um das restliche Team im Store zu führen und Wachstum sowie Umsatz voranzutreiben. Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle dabei, dafür zu sorgen, dass unsere Kundschaft bei jedem Besuch in deinem Store ein einzigartiges Einkaufserlebnis hat.

Wir belasten dich nicht mit langen Handbüchern oder starrer zentraler Kontrolle. Stattdessen erwarten wir, dass du - gemeinsam mit dem/der Store Manager_in - Verantwortung für Umsatz, Store-Standards und Führung übernimmst.

Wir haben viel zu tun, daher musst du bereit sein, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und auch mal die Extrameile zu gehen. Du solltest in der Lage sein, strategisch mit unserem spannenden Produktsortiment zu arbeiten und dafür zu sorgen, dass der Store immer gut gefüllt und ansprechend präsentiert ist.

Du blühst in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld auf und genießt einen dynamischen Arbeitstag voller Herausforderungen und positiver Energie.

Deine Qualifikationen:

* Erfahrung im Einzelhandel als Führungskraft

* Leidenschaft für Store-Operations und Merchandising, um hohe Store-Standards sicherzustellen.

* Fähigkeit, großartige Kundenerlebnisse zu schaffen, die zu wiederholten Besuchen motivieren.

* Selbstständig, engagiert und detailorientiert.

* Eine sichtbare Führungskraft, die mit gutem Beispiel - sowie mit positiver Einstellung - vorangeht und Ideen in die Tat umsetzen kann.

Wichtige Informationen:

Wir werden die Bewerbungen laufend prüfen und ausgewählte Kandidaten und Kanditatinnen zu einem persönlichen Vorstellungsgespräch einladen.

Das Mindestbruttomonatsgehalt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Einzelhandel beträgt 2.535 EUR auf Vollzeitbasis. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft, über diesen Betrag hinaus zu bezahlen.
