Als Stellvertretende_r Filialleiter_in in Vollzeit unterstützt du die Leitung unseres Stores, sorgst für ein exzellentes Kundenerlebnis und entwickelst dein Team zu Bestleistungen. Du bringst Hands-on-Mentalität, Organisationstalent und Leidenschaft für Fashion-Retail mit.

Du verantwortest die Performance im Store und gewährleistest ein außergewöhnliches Kundenerlebnis.

Du unterstützt den Store Manager in den täglichen Geschäfts- und Betriebsabläufen - effizient und strukturiert.

Du führst, coachst und inspirierst dein Team, gehst als Vorbild voran und förderst kontinuierliche Weiterbildung.

Du baust Kundenbeziehungen aus - durch kreatives Denken, aktives Kundenbuch-Management und einprägsame Erlebnisse.

Du nutzt alle verfügbaren Omni-Channel-Tools und -Technologien, um die Verkaufszahlen zu steigern.
