Im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl unterstützen wir, das AMS Favoritenstraße, unseren Kunden - DAS CHADIM - und begeben uns auf die Suche nach 1 Stellvertretende Serviceleitung (m/w/d)

mit Schwerpunkt Eventmanagement & Veranstaltungsverkauf

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Serviceleitung: Unterstützung der Serviceleitung bei der Teamführung und Organisation eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs

* Operativer Service: Aktive Mitarbeit im À-la-carte- und Veranstaltungsbereich sowie professionelle Gästebetreuung

* Eventmanagement: Planung, Organisation und Betreuung von Hochzeiten, Firmenfeiern und sonstigen Veranstaltungen

* Vertrieb & Veranstaltungsverkauf: Aktive Vermarktung unserer Gastronomie- und Eventlocation sowie Gewinnung und Betreuung von Veranstaltungskund_innen

* Angebotsmanagement: Beratung von Interessent_innen, Erstellung individueller Angebote, Nachverfolgung von Anfragen und Begleitung bis zum Vertragsabschluss

DEIN PROFIL

* Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer leitenden oder stellvertretenden Funktion

* Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Verkauf, vorzugsweise im Gastronomie- oder Veranstaltungsbereich

* Verkaufsgeschick sowie Erfahrung in der Kund_innenberatung und Angebotslegung

* Gute EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Organisationstalent und selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Gastgeber_innen-Mentalität

* Führungskompetenz, Teamgeist und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
