Deine Aufgaben:

Dann gestalte das M in der Frische Abteilung als Stellvertretende Abteilungsleitung! Hier arbeitest du mit hochwertigen Produkten wie Wurst, Käse, Molkereiprodukte, Delikatessen und kümmerst dich um die optimale Warenpräsentation sowie Bestückung der Regale des Tiefkühl-Sortiments. Du sorgst dafür, dass deine Kundinnen und Kunden alle Lebensmittel finden, die sie brauchen, um ihren Gästen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern.

Qualifikationen

Deine Qualifikationen:

Berufserfahrene, Profis aus der Gastro oder dem Lebensmittelhandel sowie ambitionierte Nachwuchsführungskräfte willkommen!

Bei uns bist du gut aufgehoben, wenn du die Gastro liebst, Vorerfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich mitbringst und Lust hast, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam mit deinem Team durchzustarten. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind wichtig und jede weitere Sprache ist eine wertvolle Ergänzung! Wenn du Freude im Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden, einen klaren Blick für Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie Lust auf gemeinsames Anpacken hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als stellvertretende Führungskraft verstehst du es, dein Team zu motivieren, weiterzuentwickeln und klare Ziele zu setzen. Du gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran, triffst Entscheidungen verantwortungsbewusst und schaffst ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit und Wertschätzung gelebt werden.
