In Österreich ist Sun Chemical mit Produktionsstandorten in Wien und in Nussdorf ob der Traisen vertreten und beschäft... 1 Stellvertretender Leiter Instandhaltung (m/w/d) IHRE AUFGABEN * Vertretung des Instandhaltungsleiters in allen technischen und organisatorischen Angelegenheiten während dessen Abwesenheit * Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung aller Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Instandhaltungsstrategie * Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten * Organisation und Priorisierung von Instandhaltungs-, Reparatur- und Servicearbeiten * Koordination von Störungsbehebungen und technischen Eingriffen * Verantwortung für das Ersatzteilmanagement * Auswahl, Verwaltung und Bewertung externer Dienstleister * Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen (Arbeitsschutz, Normen, Inspektionspflichten) * Durchführung und Dokumentation von Audits, Inspektionen und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen * Förderung einer sicherheitsorientierten Arbeitskultur * Analyse der Fehlerursachen sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen * Einsatz von Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) zur Steuerung und Optimierung der Instandhaltung * Planung von Schulungen, Qualifizierungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen * Förderung einer effizienten, lösungsorientierten Teamkultur

IHR PROFIL * Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL - Maschinenbau, Meisterbrief - Schlosser) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation * Praktische Erfahrung in der Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturprozessen * Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung * Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Optimierung technischer Prozesse * Verständnis für Lean-Methoden, CIP oder ähnliche Optimierungsansätze * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen, Automatisierungstechnik und technischer Infrastruktur * Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Organisationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie klare und sachliche Kommunikation * Zuverlässigkeit, genaue und selbständige Arbeitsweise
