Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt die Standortleitung bei der operativen Führung der Zustellstandortes

* Du agierst als Playing Captain, übernimmst ein Teil der Zustellung und ein Teil der Mitarbeiter_innen - Führung

* Du koordinierst gemeinsam mit der Standortleitung die Personalplanung

Qualifikation

* Kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten, Verhandlungssicherheit und Fingerspitzengefühl

* Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, idealerweise im Logistikbereich oder in der Produktion

* Fähigkeit zur Weiterentwicklung eines Teams

* Führerschein B
