Aufgaben

* Du unterstützt die Standortleitung in der operativen Führung der Zustellbasis mit bis zu 37 Mitarbeiter*innen

* Du übernimmst aktiv einen Teil der Zustellung und stellst Briefe, Pakete und Werbepost an unsere Kund*innen zu

* Du koordinierst gemeinsam mit der Standortleitung die Personalplanung und wirkst bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung mit

Qualifikation

* Kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten, Verhandlungssicherheit und Fingerspitzengefühl

* Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, idealerweise in der Logistik oder in der Produktion

* Fähigkeit zur Weiterentwicklung eines Teams

* Führerschein Klasse B
