Elephant zoekt een sterke ontwerper 2 uur geleden Elephant is een B Corp-gecertificeerd bureau voor architectuur en stedenbouw aan de Weesperstraat in Amsterdam. Met een team van zo'n vijftien mensen werken we aan duurzame leefomgevingen, van de transformatie van de Silo's in Amsterdam tot een houten faculteitsgebouw voor de RUG. We zoeken vooral ontwerpkracht. Iemand die een opgave scherp analyseert, daar een helder en eigenzinnig voorstel uit destilleert en dat overtuigend kan verbeelden en verdedigen, zowel binnen het team als bij de opdrachtgever. Wat je doet Je draagt zelf verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen projecten, van eerste schets tot vergunning. Hoeveel je oppakt, groeit mee met wat je aankunt en wilt. Vanuit die eigen verantwoordelijkheid helpen we elkaar als team, ieder met zijn of haar eigen expertise. Onderzoek naar (technische) innovatie hoort bij het dagelijks werk, niet bij een apart R&D-hoekje. Wie je bent - 2 tot 10 jaar werkervaring bij een architecten- of stedenbouwkundig bureau - Aantoonbare een sterke ontwerper - Affiniteit met duurzaamheid, computational design en/of integraal ontwerpen is een pré - Nederlandstalig, omdat je direct met opdrachtgevers en partijen aan tafel zit Wat we bieden Een open, ruime, relaxte en positieve werkomgeving in het centrum van Amsterdam. Salaris volgens de SFA-salaristabel (het nieuwe functiehuis), inschaling in overleg op basis van ervaring.
