Zij biedt al meer dan twintig jaar ondersteuning zodat mensen zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig thuis kunnen blijven wonen met hulp op maat Werkzaamheden Jij zorgt ervoor dat cliënten de ondersteuning krijgen die bij hen past en dat zorgondersteuners een duidelijk, werkbaar en evenwichtig rooster hebben. Je kent de wensen van cliënten en kent de beschikbaarheid en kwaliteiten van de zorgondersteuners. Dit weet jij zo goed mogelijk aan elkaar te koppelen. Daarbij houd je rekening met continuïteit, kwaliteit, de arbeidstijdenwet en een gezonde werk-privébalans. - Je stelt periodiek werkroosters op en houdt deze actueel in het roostersysteem - Je lost openstaande diensten op en schakelt snel wanneer de planning verandert - Je maakt een cliëntgerichte planning waarin de juiste zorgondersteuner op het juiste moment wordt ingezet - Je verwerkt wijzigingen in diensten, beschikbaarheid en zorgarrangementen - Je onderhoudt contact met zorgondersteuners en weet wat er bij hen speelt - Je denkt mee over een efficiënte en stabiele planning voor cliënten en collega's - Je draait, indien van toepassing, mee in een roulerende telefonische bereikbaarheidsdienst buiten kantooruren. Salaris volgens de CAO VVT, schaal 40-45 afhankelijk van de kennis en ervaring die je meebrengt. Functie eisen - Je bent positief, dienstverlenend en houdt overzicht wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt. - Je denkt in oplossingen, blijft rustig onder druk en weet op een prettige manier contact te houden met cliënten, mantelzorgers en zorgondersteuners. - Je voelt goed aan wat mensen nodig hebben en weet tegelijkertijd duidelijk en professioneel te blijven. - Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over hoe het beter kan.
