Aufgaben

* Führungsverantwortung für mehrere Mitarbeiter_innen

* Selbstständige Betreuung und eigenverantwortliche steuerliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung unserer (inter)-nationalen Kund_innen unterschiedlichster Branchen und Betriebsgrößen

* Unterstützung von Kolleg_innen bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Review der erstellten Steuererklärungen

* Entwicklung von steueroptimalen Konzepten für unsere Kund:innen bei nationalen und internationalen Steuerfragen

* Recherchen und Ausarbeitungen zu betriebswirtschaftlichen und steuerlichen Themenstellungen

* Verfassung von Stellungnahmen und Gutachten zu steuerlichen Spezialfragen, Mitwirkung im Projektgeschäft

Kompetenzen

* Freude am Arbeiten mit Kolleg_innen und Klient_innen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung

* Abgelegte Steuerberater_innenprüfung oder kurz vor Abschluss des Prüfungsverfahrens

* Sehr gute Englisch- und verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

* Beherrschung der gängigen MS Office Tools, BMD-Erfahrungen von Vorteil

* Selbständige Arbeitsweise, analytische Problemlösungsfähigkeit

* Gewinnendes und kund_innenorientiertes Auftreten, große Einsatzfreude

* Bereitschaft für stetige Weiterbildung

* Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Als Manager_in können Sie außerdem mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen.
