Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung internationaler Mandate und grenzüberschreitender Projekte. Sie arbeiten eng mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Rechtsanwälten und Unternehmensberatern zusammen und gestalten Führungsverantwortung aktiv mit.

Arbeitszeit

* Vollzeit, 40 Stunden/Woche

* Flexible Arbeitsmodelle inklusive Homeoffice

* Teilzeit ab 30 Stunden/Woche nach Vereinbarung möglich, jedoch nicht am Beginn der Tätigkeit

Vergütung

* Ab ca. € 100.000 bis € 120.000 brutto/Jahr, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Buchhaltungsteams

* Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und Bilanzierung von nationalen und internationalen Mandanten

* Erstellung und Review von Jahresabschlüssen, Steuererklärungen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen

* Steuerliche Beratung und Betreuung von Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Branchen

* Ansprechpartner:in für komplexe steuerliche Fragestellungen

* Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen und Behördenverfahren

* Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse

* Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und Englischniveau B2

* Erfolgreich abgelegte Steuerberaterprüfung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Steuerrecht und im Rechnungswesen

* Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Unternehmen und Unternehmensgruppen sowie in der selbstständigen Kundenbetreuung

* Führungserfahrung, alternativ Potenzial zur Übernahme einer Führungsrolle

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Buchhaltungs- und Kanzleisystemen
