Vind jij het leuk om onderdeel te zijn van de wedstrijden van FC Volendam en bij te dragen aan een veilige en gezellige ervaring voor supporters? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Jouw speelveld Een wedstrijd van FC Volendam moet voor iedereen een gezellige, spannende en veilige ervaring zijn. Als steward speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat supporters zich welkom en veilig voelen in en rondom het stadion. Je bent het visitekaartje van FC Volendam en combineert gastvrijheid met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je houdt toezicht, spreekt bezoekers waar nodig aan op het naleven van de regels en voorschriften en signaleert onregelmatigheden. Wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt, handel je rustig, professioneel en klantvriendelijk. De werkzaamheden vinden voornamelijk plaats tijdens de thuiswedstrijden van FC Volendam. Afhankelijk van de mogelijkheden kunnen er ook werkzaamheden zijn bij uitwedstrijden en bij andere evenementen in en rondom het stadion. Van servicemedewerker naar steward Om als steward bij FC Volendam aan de slag te kunnen, dien je een stewardcertificaat te behalen. Hiervoor volg je een opleidingstraject dat bestaat uit ongeveer twee instructieavonden en een praktijkdag. In de periode voorafgaand aan deze avonden en totdat je het certificaat hebt behaald, word je ingezet als servicemedewerker. Na het succesvol behalen van het certificaat kun je worden ingezet als steward van FC Volendam.
