The posting

Voor ons confectiebedrijf Ballière en Comme ça zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en nauwkeurige stikster / medewerker confectie. We zoeken bij voorkeur iemand die fulltime aan de slag wil en graag meewerkt aan verschillende stappen binnen het confectieproces.

Jouw taken

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en staat onder andere in voor:

  • Uitvoeren van retouches en aanpassingen aan kledingstukken
  • Maken, aanpassen en bijwerken van modellen
  • Correct opmeten van kledingstukken en modellen
  • Patronen uitknippen
  • Uitvoeren van stikwerk met oog voor detail en een verzorgde afwerking
  • Technische fiches lezen en correct interpreteren voor de verwerking en afwerking van kledingstukken
  • Technische fiches aanpassen wanneer er wijzigingen worden aangebracht aan een model, afwerking of maatvoering
  • Voor modellen die extern verder worden afgewerkt of geproduceerd, het nodige materiaal klaarleggen voor export, zoals stoffen en bijhorende benodigdheden en accessoires
  • Controleren of alle benodigde materialen en onderdelen correct en volledig zijn voorzien
  • Mee nadenken over praktische en technische oplossingen bij de ontwikkeling en verwerking van modellen

Je komt terecht op ons hoofdkantoor in Waregem, waar je deel uitmaakt van een enthousiast team waar je de kans krijgt om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, initiatief te tonen en actief mee te bouwen aan een onderneming met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in de modewereld.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring met stikwerk, confectie, retouches en het verwerken van kledingstukken
  • Je kan technische fiches vlot lezen, begrijpen en aanpassen
  • Je hebt inzicht in de opbouw en afwerking van kledingstukken
  • Je kan nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werken
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, pasvorm en afwerking
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een naaimachine en bij voorkeur ook met industriële stikmachines
  • Je bent praktisch en technisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht mee
  • Ervaring binnen een confectieatelier is een sterke troef
