The posting

Voor de site van onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven STIP-Coördinator die de coördinatie van stellingbouw-, tracing-, isolatie- en schilderwerken op zich neemt. In deze rol ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt tussen interne aanvragers en de verschillende contractorfirma’s die de werkzaamheden uitvoeren. Je bewaakt planning, veiligheid, kwaliteit en kostenefficiëntie en zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten volgens afspraak én op een correcte manier verlopen.

  • Coördineren van stellingbouw-, tracing-, isolatie- en schilderwerken uitgevoerd door diverse contractorfirma’s.
  • Fungeren als verbindingspersoon tussen interne aanvragers en contractoren.
  • Dagelijkse afstemming en planning van alle werkzaamheden op dag- en weekbasis.
  • Beheren van het STIP-register in SAP en de contractor portal.
  • Uitvoeren van fieldbezoeken met contractoren om opdrachten op locatie toe te lichten.
  • Uitvoeren van field checks van lopende en afgewerkte werken.
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van fieldobservaties en LMRA’s.
  • Optreden als Uitvoerder binnen de werkvergunningsprocedure.
  • Bewaken dat werkzaamheden veilig, volgens afspraak en tegen de laagst mogelijke kost plaatsvinden.
  • Controleren van kwaliteit en housekeeping bij oplevering van de werken.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve controle en initiële goedkeuring van werkbonnen in SAP, met focus op conformiteit met uitgevoerde prestaties en contractvoorwaarden.
  • A2-diploma Mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met stellingbouw-, tracing-, isolatie- en schilderwerken en met fieldonderzoeken en het coördineren ervan.
  • Kennis van SAP.
  • Analytisch, planmatig en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
  • Sterk communicatief en in staat om helder af te stemmen met verschillende partijen.
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en initiatiefrijk.
  • Teamplayer die vlot kan samenwerken, maar ook zelfstandig zijn/haar weg vindt.
