The posting

Als Stock Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectief beheren en controleren van de voorraad. Je zorgt ervoor dat de voorraadniveaus nauwkeurig worden bijgehouden, dat er voldoende voorraad beschikbaar is om aan de vraag te voldoen, en dat eventuele problemen met betrekking tot voorraadtekorten, -overschotten of -kwaliteit snel worden aangepakt.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden :

Voorraadbeheer : de voorraadniveaus accuraat bijhouden door middel van regelmatige controles, tellingen en eventuele afwijkingen van de fysieke voorraad te identificeren met behulp van onze voorraadbeheersystemen.

Goederenstroom : zorgen voor een efficiënte verwerking van inkomende goederen, inclusief het controleren van leveringen op juistheid en kwaliteit. Het beheren van het proces van uitgaande goederen, inclusief het correct verwerken van de geplande verzendingen.

Orderverwerking : het nauwkeurig en tijdig verwerken van binnenkomende orders in de voorraadsystemen, en mee opvolgen dat producten correct worden gelabeld en verzonden.

Voorraadanalyse : regelmatig inventarisaties uitvoeren met het analyseren van voorraadniveaus en omloopsnelheden om nauwkeurige prognoses te maken en eventuele afwijkingen te identificeren die moeten worden aangepakt.

Voorraadrotatie : mee opvolgen dat de FIFO (First In, First Out) of FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methoden worden toegepast om de voorraadrotatie te optimaliseren en veroudering van voorraad te voorkomen.

Kwaliteitscontrole : regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op voorraaditems om ervoor te zorgen dat alleen producten van goede kwaliteit worden opgeslagen of verzonden en om de operationele continuïteit te waarborgen.

Voorraadrapportage : regelmatig rapporten genereren over voorraadniveaus, voorraadwaarde en andere relevante KPI's om de prestaties te monitoren en te rapporteren.

Afgestudeerd in studierichting Logistiek - Supply Chain en/of een eerste ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een magazijn- of distributieomgeving is een pluspunt

Nederlandstalig met goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels

Rijbewijs B (EU) - bij voorkeur wonen in de (ruimere) regio

Nauwkeurigheid : sterke aandacht hebben voor detail en het vermogen om accuraat te werken.

Analytisch vermogen : in staat zijn om gegevens te analyseren, trends te identificeren en conclusies te trekken om de voorraadprestaties te verbeteren.

Organisatorische vaardigheden : beschikken over een goed vermogen om taken te plannen, prioriteiten te stellen en efficiënt te werken binnen strakke deadlines.

Communicatieve vaardigheden : uitgesproken interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, zowel naar klanten als naar management en interne/externe collega's.

Technische vaardigheden : ervaring met SAP en het werken met voorraad-beheersoftware of -systemen is een pluspunt.

Probleemoplossend vermogen : in staat zijn om snel en effectief problemen op te lossen en proactief te handelen om operationele verstoringen te minimaliseren.
