Flexible hours and an international team. What will you do? As a Store Associate, you play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience. Your responsibilities include: - Welcoming customers and answering questions about our cheeses and specialty products; - Advising customers and helping them discover their favourite flavours; - Processing purchases accurately at the cash register; - Restocking shelves and ensuring products are attractively presented; - Keeping the store clean, organised, and inviting at all times; - Working together with your colleagues to create an exceptional customer experience. Who Are You? You are an enthusiastic and positive person who enjoys helping people and communicating with customers from all over the world. In a busy store environment, you remain calm, friendly, and service-oriented. You take initiative, see what needs to be done, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile. Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but your personality and enthusiasm are what matter most.
