The posting

Onze klant is een grote speler in de doe-het-zelf sector en is op zoek naar een Store manager, locatie Machelen.

Als Store Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de winkel. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met commerciële daadkracht en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een optimale winkelervaring.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leiden, coachen en motiveren van het winkelteam.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van alle operationele processen binnen de winkel.
  • Aansturen van stockbeheer, goederenontvangst, leveringen en kassabeheer.
  • Realiseren, analyseren en opvolgen van commerciële doelstellingen, omzetcijfers en KPI's.
  • Initiëren en uitvoeren van verbeteracties om resultaten verder te optimaliseren.
  • Samenwerken met aankoop, logistiek, marketing en de Drive-In Manager rond acties en promoties.
  • Waken over een veilige, nette en inspirerende winkelomgeving.
  • Zorg dragen voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning.
  • Begeleiden, ontwikkelen en opleiden van medewerkers.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de Drive-In Manager en de Winkeldirecteur.
  • Rapporteren aan de Winkeldirecteur.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen retail, bij voorkeur in DIY, bouwmaterialen, tuin of aanverwante sectoren.
  • Sterke leidinggevende vaardigheden en ervaring in het aansturen van teams.
  • Een commerciële mindset en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Ervaring met stockbeheer, ERP-systemen en Excel.
  • Een uitgesproken verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel op vlak van veiligheid en winkelpresentatie.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en voorbeeldfunctie op de werkvloer.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Flexibiliteit om te werken binnen de openingsuren van een winkel die 7 dagen op 7 geopend is.

  • Ervaring binnen een omgeving in verandering of groei.
