Ben jij een ervaren Store Manager die mensen weet mee te krijgen, structuur brengt én commerciële kansen ziet? Dan ligt er bij Pelckmans Turnhout een mooie uitdaging voor jou.

Als Store Manager ben jij het kloppend hart van onze winkel in Turnhout. Je staat dicht bij je team, weet wat er leeft op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet waar we samen naartoe werken. Tegelijk houd je het commerciële plaatje scherp in het oog en zorg je voor een winkel waar klanten graag komen én medewerkers graag werken.

Voor Turnhout zoeken we een ervaren en stevige people manager. Iemand die rust en duidelijkheid brengt, beslissingen durft nemen en het team op een positieve manier verder laat groeien.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Store Manager neem je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over de dagelijkse werking en resultaten van de winkel. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de vloer en combineert leiderschap met een sterke commerciële blik.

Je:

  • coacht en motiveert je team en zorgt voor duidelijke verwachtingen, goede communicatie en betrokkenheid;
  • brengt structuur en overzicht in de dagelijkse werking, planning, taakverdeling en opvolging;
  • staat stevig in je schoenen en durft beslissingen te nemen, ook wanneer situaties complex of uitdagend zijn;
  • creëert een positieve werkomgeving waarin medewerkers verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en zich verder kunnen ontwikkelen;
  • bewaakt de commerciële resultaten en vertaalt cijfers en doelstellingen naar concrete acties op de winkelvloer;
  • ziet commerciële opportuniteiten en zorgt samen met je team voor een aantrekkelijke, klantgerichte winkel;
  • volgt personeelsplanning, kosten, omzet en andere KPI’s nauwgezet op;
  • zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, processen en procedures consequent worden toegepast;
  • werkt nauw samen met je District Manager en andere collega’s binnen Oh’Green.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral een Store Manager die mensen kan leiden én een winkel kan sturen.

Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Store Manager, bij voorkeur binnen een dynamische retailomgeving. Je hebt bewezen ervaring in het aansturen en ontwikkelen van een team en weet verschillende persoonlijkheden mee te krijgen in een gemeenschappelijk verhaal.

Je bent een echte people manager: toegankelijk en betrokken, maar ook duidelijk wanneer dat nodig is. Je communiceert helder, geeft richting en durft verwachtingen uit te spreken en op te volgen.

Daarnaast ben je organisatorisch sterk. Je ziet waar meer structuur nodig is en slaagt erin om die op een praktische manier te creëren én te bewaken.

Ook commercieel sta je sterk. Je begrijpt wat cijfers vertellen, ziet waar kansen liggen en weet je team te enthousiasmeren om samen betere resultaten neer te zetten.

Kortom: je brengt mensen, structuur en commercie samen.
