Als Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van een goed draaiende winkel. Je neemt de leiding over een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten als collega's zich welkom voelen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je stuurt een volledig winkelteam aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte werkverdeling. - Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt medewerkers in hun groei en ontwikkeling. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving. - Je analyseert resultaten en zoekt continu naar opportuniteiten om de omzet verder te laten groeien. - Je volgt de operationele werking van de winkel nauwgezet op en grijpt in waar nodig. - Je werkt nauw samen met de District Manager en bespreekt regelmatig de resultaten en uitdagingen. - Je waakt over orde, netheid en een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie. - Je springt operationeel bij wanneer nodig. - Je beheert de winkel met een kostenbewuste en efficiënte mindset en bent hierin een voorbeeld voor je team.
