Hier blink jij in uit - Ervaring als leidinggevende in de retail, bij voorkeur in fashion. - Een team aansturen, te coachen en dagelijks te motiveren. - Commercieel ingesteld en scherp op overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten. - Resultaatgericht coachen, met sterke communicatie. - Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA, net als gevoel voor stijl en presentatie. - Passie voor fashion en affiniteit met de stijl van VILA. - Je bent flexibel beschikbaar, ook tijdens de gezellige drukte in de weekenden en overige piekmomenten.
