Vanuit onze vestiging in Brussel helpen we professionele inkopers, retailers, horecaondernemers, stylisten en interieurprofessionals bij het samenstellen van unieke collecties. Als Store Manager zorg jij ervoor dat de vestiging commercieel sterk presteert én een plek blijft waar klanten graag terugkomen. Wat ga je doen? Als Store Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en operationele resultaten van de vestiging Brussel. Je stuurt op omzet, klantbeleving en teamperformance en weet precies waar kansen liggen om de locatie verder te ontwikkelen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het realiseren van omzet- en resultaatdoelstellingen. - Het opstellen en bewaken van het jaarlijkse locatiebudget. - Het coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers. - Het optimaliseren van de klantbeleving op de winkelvloer. - Het analyseren van resultaten en het vertalen van data naar concrete acties. - Het onderhouden van relaties met exposanten en samenwerken met het Sales-team. - Het zorgen voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning en optimale bezetting. - Het verder verbeteren van processen, systemen en innovatieve oplossingen zoals AI en Microsoft Copilot. Job Extra Image Daarnaast breng je mee: - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Store Manager of vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie binnen retail. - Sterke commerciële vaardigheden en een ondernemende mindset. - Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van teams. - Affiniteit met data en het sturen op KPI's. - Goede kennis van Microsoft 365. - Je ...
