In deze rol neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over de winkel en het team en zorg je voor een sterke commerciële en operationele performance. Als Store Manager ben jij het gezicht van O'Neill op de winkelvloer en zorg je ervoor dat klanten een inspirerende merkbeleving ervaren. Je neemt ownership over de dagelijkse operatie, stuurt het team aan en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële doelstellingen worden behaald. De functie Als Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de winkel in Knokke. Je bent een sterke people manager, maar ook commercieel gedreven en hands-on. Je weet hoe je een team moet leiden, hoe je medewerkers kunt ontwikkelen en hoe je ervoor zorgt dat iedereen met energie en focus samenwerkt aan hetzelfde doel. Je houdt het overzicht, neemt beslissingen en springt bij waar nodig. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de prestaties van de winkel en zorgt ervoor dat de O'Neill-standaarden op het gebied van service, visual merchandising, voorraad en operations iedere dag worden nageleefd.
