JUST THE JOB Als Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en prestaties van de winkel. Je bent actief op de winkelvloer, coacht het team en zorgt voor een commerciële en verzorgde winkelpresentatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Het coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van het winkelteam; - Het behalen van omzetdoelstellingen en retail-KPI's; - Het creëren van een optimale klantbeleving; - Het herkennen en benutten van commerciële kansen; - Het bewaken van visual merchandising en winkelpresentatie; - Het organiseren van de dagelijkse winkelactiviteiten; - Het maken van een efficiënte personeelsplanning; - Het verzorgen van winkeladministratie en goederenstromen; - Het creëren van een positieve en veilige werkomgeving. Je geeft duidelijk richting, maar werkt ook actief mee op de winkelvloer. JUST YOU Je bent een energieke retailprofessional met commercieel inzicht, gevoel voor mode en sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden. Jij brengt mee: - Relevante ervaring binnen retail, fashion of herenmode; - Ervaring als Store Manager, Filiaalmanager, Winkelmanager of Assistant Store Manager; - Ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van een team; - Kennis van omzetdoelstellingen en commerciële KPI's; - Een klantgerichte, positieve en resultaatgerichte houding; - Gevoel voor styling en visual merchandising; - Flexibele beschikbaarheid, waaronder in het ...
