The posting

Buscamos un/a Responsable de Tienda con capacidad de liderazgo, orientación a resultados y pasión por la atención al cliente. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión integral de una o dos tiendas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y la excelencia operativa.

Entre sus principales funciones se encuentran la gestión y desarrollo del equipo, incluyendo la elaboración de horarios, el control de horas trabajadas, el seguimiento del desempeño y la provisión de feedback continuo. También participará en procesos de selección cuando sea necesario y garantizará la correcta aplicación de los estándares de atención al cliente.

Será responsable del análisis de indicadores de rendimiento (KPIs), la elaboración de informes y el reporte periódico al Area Manager sobre la evolución del negocio. Además, desarrollará planes de acción orientados a la consecución de objetivos y propondrá mejoras para optimizar los resultados de la tienda.

En el ámbito operativo, supervisará el control de stock, la recepción de mercancías, la realización de inventarios, el control de gastos y el cumplimiento de los procesos internos. Asimismo, velará por la correcta implantación del visual merchandising y el mantenimiento de la imagen de la tienda conforme a los estándares de la compañía.

También liderará la ejecución de campañas comerciales, promociones y acciones de marketing en el punto de venta, contribuyendo al incremento de las ventas y a la mejora de la experiencia del cliente.

Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva, con capacidad analítica, habilidades de comunicación y experiencia en gestión de equipos dentro del sector retail.
