Als eindbaas van jouw eigen Sting winkel zorg jij er met jouw commercieel inzicht voor dat de winkel op rolletjes loopt. Als Store Manager ben je klantgericht, denk je mee tijdens het aankoopproces en weet je de verkoopresultaten te boosten. Je stelt maandelijkse doelen op samen met de Rayonmanager. Daarnaast ben je bezig met de ontwikkeling van jouw teamleden, aansturen op het behalen van KPI's en een optimale personeelsbezetting creëren. Dit doe je door middel van het werven en behouden van (nieuwe) talenten. Zo bouw jij aan een top team en een winkel waar stijl, service en resultaat samenkomen. Wat wij vragen - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als eindverantwoordelijke in een groter team en/of groter winkeloppervlakte. - Jij werkt en denkt minimaal op mbo-niveau en pikt nieuwe info snel op. - Je bent minimaal één weekenddag beschikbaar om in onze Sting winkel te werken. - Door jouw improvisatievermogen weet jij in te spelen op onverwachte situaties. - Waar andere vraagtekens zien, spot jij kansen. Met jouw creativiteit en flexibiliteit zet je ideeën om in concrete acties. - Je hebt strategisch inzicht: je denkt planmatig, werkt graag met cijfers en weet precies waar je moet bijsturen voor het beste resultaat. - Je communiceert helder en effectief, zowel richting jouw team als de klant. - Passie voor fashion én zin in gezelligheid op de werkvloer?
