WAT JE KUNT VERWACHTEN - Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het commerciële succes van jouw store - Het dagelijkse winkelproces organiseren en zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt - Personeelsplanningen opstellen en overzicht houden over de operationele processen - Nieuwe talenten aantrekken, sollicitatiegesprekken voeren en je team versterken - Je team coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling - Nieuwe collecties aantrekkelijk presenteren en inspirerende verkoopruimtes creëren - Klanten een bijzondere winkelervaring bieden met persoonlijk en deskundig advies - Nauw samenwerken met je Area Manager en actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de store

WAT JE MEEBRENGT - Een passie voor mode en gevoel voor de nieuwste trends - Ervaring in de retail en bij voorkeur ervaring in een leidinggevende rol - Een commerciële instelling gecombineerd met een analytische blik - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om anderen te inspireren en te motiveren - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van Duits of Engels is een plus - Flexibiliteit, organisatietalent en een proactieve aanpak
