Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Leidinggeven aan het team Je geeft leiding aan een enthousiast team van retailmedewerkers en creëert een positieve, inspirerende en samenwerkingsgerichte werkomgeving. Je begeleidt, coacht en ontwikkelt je team, zodat gezamenlijke doelstellingen worden behaald en overtroffen. Verkoop en klantenservice Je stimuleert de omzetgroei door middel van effectieve merchandising, uitstekende productkennis en commerciële inzichten. Je ontwikkelt strategieën om verkoopdoelstellingen te realiseren en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant de unieke GUESS Experience beleeft. Voorraadbeheer Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt voorraadbeheer. Je bewaakt de voorraadniveaus, minimaliseert voorraadverlies en zorgt ervoor dat producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
