Jouw missie Als Store Manager ben jij het gezicht van onze winkel en verantwoordelijk voor zowel de commerciële resultaten als de dagelijkse operatie. Je richt je onder andere op: 📈 Commerciële resultaten en groei · Realiseren van omzet-, marge- en KPI-doelstellingen. · Vertalen van de PUMA-strategie naar concrete acties op de winkelvloer. · Actief stimuleren van een sterke verkoopcultuur binnen het team. · Signaleren van commerciële kansen en inspelen op lokale marktontwikkelingen.

Leiderschap en teamontwikkeling · Werven, begeleiden en coachen van een enthousiast en resultaatgericht winkelteam. · Creëren van een positieve werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen. · Organiseren en opvolgen van trainingen om kennis en vaardigheden continu te verbeteren. · Fungeren als inspirerend voorbeeld op de winkelvloer.

Uitmuntende klantbeleving · Waarborgen van een uitstekende service die aansluit bij de waarden van PUMA. · Zorgen voor een inspirerende winkelervaring voor iedere klant. · Opbouwen van een team dat klantgerichtheid en gastvrijheid ademt. “
