Voor een internationale, toonaangevende retailer binnen het premium segment van bagage/reisspullen zijn we op zoek naar een Store Manager voor de winkel in Brugge.

In deze rol combineer je commercieel leiderschap, teamcoaching en operationele verantwoordelijkheid. Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel sterke resultaten neerzet én dat iedere klant een kwalitatieve en persoonlijke winkelervaring krijgt.

Functieomschrijving Als Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking en commerciële prestaties van de winkel.

Je taken omvatten:

  • Analyseren van verkoopresultaten en KPI’s en deze vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten en deze omzetten in initiatieven op de winkelvloer.
  • Samenwerken met Sales Advisors om de commerciële resultaten verder te verbeteren.
  • Het team coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen en een sterke klantgerichte cultuur creëren.
  • Best practices delen en zelf het goede voorbeeld geven als leidinggevende.
  • Ondersteunen bij personeelsplanning, onboarding en opleiding van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Bewaken van de premium klantbeleving en servicestandaarden.
  • Zorgen dat het team beschikt over voldoende productkennis.
  • Optreden als ambassadeur van het merk en de waarden uitdragen.
  • Toezien op een correcte uitvoering van procedures, voorraadbeheer en operationele processen.
  • Bewaken van een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie.
  • Promoties en commerciële campagnes succesvol implementeren.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Store Manager binnen een premium retailomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over sterke coachende en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet KPI’s te vertalen naar concrete commerciële acties.
  • Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent sterk klantgericht en hebt oog voor een kwalitatieve winkelervaring.
  • Je bent energiek en weet medewerkers te motiveren en enthousiasmeren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in het weekend te werken.
  • Je hebt een passie voor retail, commerciële resultaten en teamontwikkeling.
