Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Store Manager geef je leiding aan je filiaal en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de winstgevendheid van je winkel op de lange termijn. Je biedt een onvergetelijke winkelervaring aan alle klanten die de winkel bezoeken en zorgt ervoor dat het service- en efficiëntieniveau hoog is. Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden: - Met een commercieel oog voor belangrijke details en kengetallen ken je de sterke en zwakke punten van je winkel. Je organiseert jezelf en het werk van je personeel op de best mogelijke manier om ervoor te zorgen dat je optimaal gepositioneerd bent in de markt. - Naast het managen van je personeel, ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor hun voortdurende training. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met je leiding team (Floor Manager, Visual Merchandiser, enz.). - Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de verkoopvloer en geeft het goede voorbeeld in klantencontact.
