Ace & Tate Store Manager Amsterdam Hoi, wij zijn Ace & Tate - en ja, we maken brillen. Maar belangrijker nog, we zorgen ervoor dat werken hier de moeite waard is. We zoeken een Store Manager in Javastraat 5 1. Onze winkel opent in November en je kunt er vanaf dag één bij zijn. Wat onze Store Managers doen - Leid met energie en focus door de verkoop aan te sturen, je team te motiveren en een positieve sfeer in de winkel te creëren. - Werven, inwerken en trainen doe je met als doel een vakkundig en zelfverzekerd team op te bouwen met sterke optische kennis en een klantgerichte service. - Werk resultaatgericht door KPI's bij te houden en het team te leiden naar het behalen van verkoop- en servicetargets, in nauwe samenwerking met HQ. - Beheer dagelijkse werkzaamheden door roosters te maken, de voorraad bij te houden en te zorgen voor efficiënte processen. - Bied service die opvalt door klanten met aandacht en expertise te begeleiden gedurende het volledige oogtesttraject. - Zet je optische skills in door klanten te helpen bij het kiezen van de juiste glazen en monturen, brillen nauwkeurig af te stellen en glazen op maat te slijpen. - Vloeiend Nederlands (basis Engels is een plus) is essentieel voor effectieve klantcommunicatie en een goede samenwerking binnen het team. Wat we bieden - €3.250 - 4.458 per maand op fulltime basis, exclusief 8% vakantiegeld. Plus een maandelijkse bonus tot 16% wanneer de store targets worden behaald. Het salaris binnen deze range is afhankelijk van ervaring. - Vrije tijd die telt 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (fulltime), met de mogelijkheid om op te lopen tot 30 dagen op basis van dienstjaren. - Reizen zonder zorgen met reiskostenvergoeding bij een afstand van meer dan 10 km van de werkplek. - We geven om jou via samenwerking met ClassPass, de optie om een online consult in te plannen met een psycholoog via OpenUp en gezonde snacks. - Zie er stijlvol uit tot twee gratis brillen per jaar, plus korting vo...
