Un centre-ville qui s'anime. Des clients qui flânent. Et au cœur de Bruxelles, notre toute première boutique FAGUO hors de France.

Ton rôle ? Store Manager à Bruxelles, en CDI 38 h.

Notre attente ? Que tu saches mener deux missions en parallèle : Piloter ta boutique au quotidien. Porter notre engagement pour le climat.

Deux missions qui avancent ensemble, toujours dans la même direction.

Plus concrètement, en tant qu'ambassadeur de FAGUO et pionnier.ère de notre arrivée en Belgique, tu feras vivre la boutique et son équipe.

  • Tu recrutes, formes, animes et embarques ton équipe au quotidien.
  • Tu fixes le cap et donnes le rythme : objectifs, indicateurs, performance.
  • Tu offres une expérience client authentique, inspirée de notre lifestyle entre ville et forêt.
  • Tu conseilles et fidélises en faisant découvrir des collections désirables à l'empreinte carbone toujours plus basse.
  • Tu es garant de la qualité des stocks, du merchandising, de l'omnicanalité et de la caisse, dans un point de vente toujours impeccable.

  • 1 entretien visio avec Véronique, responsable régionale - 1h
  • Présentation d'une étude de cas et prise de référence

Et si c'était toi ?

Tu aimes la mode urbaine outdoor et tu sais la partager avec passion.

Tu as une expérience, d'au moins 2 ans, du management ou de la vente en boutique et tu as affirmé ton sens du service client. Tu as l'énergie pour embarquer une équipe et l'envie de faire bouger les choses.

Tu vois la vente et le pilotage d'équipe comme de vrais challenges. Tu sais gérer tes priorités, rester rigoureux et garder le sourire.

La maîtrise du néerlandais ? Un vrai pré-requis pour évoluer dans l'environnement bilingue bruxellois.
