  • Après 6 semaines de formation, vous serez le responsable final de la succursale qui vous a été attribuée. Vous pouvez compter sur le soutien du chef de district.
  • Le recrutement, la direction, la formation et l'évaluation d'une équipe vous donnent de l'énergie. Vous donnez aux membres de votre équipe la possibilité de s'épanouir dans leur travail.
  • Déléguer, soutenir, motiver et encadrer une équipe pour obtenir d'excellents résultats ? Vous aimez cela comme un chien aime un os.
  • Telle une machine bien huilée, vous et votre équipe veillez à ce que le magasin soit bien rangé, que nos clients s'y sentent bien et qu'ils aient envie d'y revenir.
  • Gestion des stocks et des coûts, KPI, planification, vente active, travail à la caisse ... La variété et les défis ne manquent pas dans ton travail.
  • Vous transmettez la communication du siège à l'équipe, vous appliquez les procédures avec soin et vous vérifiez que les membres de votre équipe font de même.
  • Vous êtes un modèle pour l'équipe et veillez à ce que l'ambiance de travail soit agréable. Maxi Zoo, maxi fun !
  • Vous avez déjà une expérience de gestion dans le commerce de détail.
  • Responsabilité, gestion des personnes, administration, contacts avec les clients et vente active ? C'est tout à fait votre truc.
  • Grâce à votre talent, vous faites vraiment la différence dans le service à la clientèle.
  • Vous êtes prêt à déménager dans un autre magasin ou au siège à Temse pour suivre des formations ou pour aider les autres Maxi Zoologistes.
  • Vous êtes ouvert, honnête et vous vous exprimez bien en français. Dans ce cas, vous vous intégrerez dans notre équipe comme un canard dans l'eau.
  • Vous recherchez le succès avec enthousiasme et passion. Vous savez comment amener une équipe à atteindre les objectifs ensemble.
  • Vous n'êtes pas un lapin stressé et vous vous adaptez bien au changement. Vous suivez les procédures ? C'est du gâteau.
  • Vous êtes flexible et prêt à travailler le samedi.
  • Vous travaillerez avec des collègues et des clients qui sont aussi passionnés par les animaux que vous. Et puis, il y a de jolis amis à quatre pattes qui se promènent sur le lieu de travail !
  • Vous aurez des collègues sympas qui s'engagent à atteindre les mêmes objectifs que vous.
  • Accumuler des connaissances et continuer à se développer ? C'est l'esprit des Maxi Zoologistes. Vous suivez de nombreuses formations en ligne et en classe afin d'élargir votre expertise.
  • Vous travaillez selon un horaire variable à temps plein et le samedi.
  • Votre salaire mensuel de base, selon la commission paritaire 201, est d'au minimum €2.960,84 sur base d'un temps plein.
