* Du verantwortest den Erfolg unserer Filiale durch eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sowie ein inspirierendes Einkaufserlebnis * Vorbildfunktion in exzellenter Kundenberatung, routinierte Umsetzung unserer Servicerituale und aktive Kundenansprache * Du bringst eine umfassende Produktkenntnis in all unseren Warengruppen mit und erweiterst dein Wissen stetig * Führung und Coaching unserer Mitarbeiter auf der Fläche und Sicherstellung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit durch zielgerichtete Maßnahmen * Planung und Umsetzung von Kunden-Aktionen und Events * Verantwortung der Personaleinsatzplanung und der Strukturierung des Tagesgeschäfts * Steuerung des Warenmanagements sowie der Warenverfügbarkeit * Hauptverantwortung für die Umsetzung aller Unternehmensrichtlinien und Visual Merchandising-Konzepte * Lokale Markt- und Mitbewerberbeobachtung und Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Filiale * Enger Austausch mit anderen Filialleitungen und den Bereichsleitungen zur Etablierung von Best Practices * Organisation und Durchführung von Inventuren

DU BRINGST VIEL MIT

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandels-, Service- oder Dienstleistungsbereich * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beauty- oder Fashion-Branche mit Führungserfahrung * Leidenschaft für Kundenberatung und Verkauf mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung * Empathische, teamorientierte Führung und Fähigkeit, andere zu motivieren und zu coachen * Ergebnis- und Erfolgsorientierung und ausgeprägtes Verständnis über Filialkennzahlen * Organisationstalent und Nachhaltigkeit in der Umsetzung von Vorgaben und Richtlinien * Positive Ausstrahlung, Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, Veränderungen zu bewirken * Konstruktiver Umgang mit Konflikten * Großes Interesse an Beauty und Lifestyle sowie Lernfreude zu Produkten, Neuheiten und Trends * Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit PCs

Damit Dein Gehalt aber auch bestimmt zu Dir passt, bieten wir Dir je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine entsprechende Überzahlung. Diese wird in einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.

Wir freuen uns auf Dich! Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Store Manager_in beträgt 2.476,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
