Als store manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking en het resultaat van de winkel die onder jouw hoede valt:

  • Je bent graag druk in de weer om klanten blij te maken en ze meteen welkom te doen voelen;
  • Je waakt over het brand DNA in de winkel;
  • Je draagt bij tot het behalen van opgestelde targets, budgetten en de algemene performance van de winkel;
  • Je kan probleemoplossend denken: problemen in de winkel of klachten van klanten neem je professioneel en zelfstandig op. De klant is koning;
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwgezette opvolging van de voorraden in de winkel;
  • Je geeft het goede voorbeeld aan het ondersteunende verkooppersoneel en leidt hen verder op waar nodig.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de (fashion) retail, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie;
  • Je bent vriendelijk, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar;
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en hebt een uitgesproken affiniteit met mode;
  • Je schrikt niet van een leidinggevende positie;
  • Je bent punctueel, zelfstandig, ordelijk en georganiseerd;
  • Je hebt een dynamische persoonlijkheid en een verzorgde uitstraling;
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en hebt een hands on mentaliteit;
  • Je bent bereid te werken in het weekend;
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans is een plus.
