NORMAL ist eine dynamische dänische Einzelhandelskette, die ihre erste Filiale im April 2013 eröffnet hat. Seitdem sind wir rasant gewachsen und betreiben heute über 1000 Filialen in elf Ländern. Nun setzen wir unsere Expansion in Österreich fort und suchen Mitarbeiter_innen für unser Abenteuer! Wir suchen einen Store Manager (m/w/d) für Wien. In dieser Rolle hast du die Möglichkeit, Teil einer großartigen Reise zu sein - in einem Unternehmen mit offener, freundlicher Unternehmenskultur. Arbeitszeiten: innerhalb unserer Öffnungszeiten laut Homepage

Arbeitsausmaß: Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden)

Deine Aufgaben:

º Aufbau, Führung und Entwicklung deines Teams

º Starke Kundenorientierung - du sorgst dafür, dass sich alle willkommen fühlen und gerne wiederkommen

º Coaching und Motivation deiner Mitarbeitenden in einem offenen und positiven Arbeitsumfeld

º Sicherstellung hoher Store-Standards mit Fokus auf Umsatz und Profitabilität

º Gestaltung inspirierender, verkaufsstarker Warenpräsentationen

º Erreichen und Übertreffen der Umsatz- und Budgetziele

Das bringst du mit:

Als unser neuer Store Manager (m/w/d) bist du mehr als nur erfahren - du bist eine echte Führungspersönlichkeit im Handel. Du weißt, wie man das Beste aus einem Team herausholt und ein Store-Umfeld schafft, in dem Mitarbeitende und Kund:innen gleichermaßen aufblühen.

Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, eine Leidenschaft für operative Exzellenz und bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und etwas Neues in Österreich mitzugestalten. Du arbeitest ergebnisorientiert, bist sicher im Umgang mit Budgets und KPIs und möchtest aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung des einzigartigen NORMAL-Retail-Konzepts beitragen.

Vergütung:

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 40.306 brutto pro Jahr (Vollzeit). Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
