Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams 1 Store Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Filiale in Enns.

Dein Profil

- Du liebst den Handel und hast Spaß bei deiner Arbeit

- Du kannst eine einschlägige Berufserfahrung im filialisierten Einzelhandel aufweisen (idealerweise als Store Manager_in, Marktleitung oder Filialleitung)

- Du überzeugst durch Kundenfreundlichkeit, kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln sowie durch eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

- Du kannst Mitarbeitende motivieren und mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalitat bildest du die Spitze deines Teams

- Auch als Quereinsteiger_in bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen

Deine Aufgaben

- Gesamtverantwortliche Führung des Stores, von der Personaleinsatzplanung über das Warenmanagement bis hin zur aktiven Umsatz- und Budgetkontrolle

- Personalverantwortung und -entwicklung des Teams

- Einarbeitung der Mitarbeitenden

- Neueröffnungen und Inventuren anderer Kaufhäuser

- Gewährleistung der optimalen Warenpräsentation

- Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Umlagerungen

- Durchführung von Preisauszeichnungen, Reduzierungen und Inventuren

- Kommunikation, als zentraler Kontakt für die Verwaltung und Führungskräfte im Vertrieb
