At Swapfiets , we're on a mission to make biking the easy, sustainable choice for everyone. We keep our members on the go by providing a high-quality ride including free check-ups and repairs. Are you looking for a cool, flexible job at a fast-growing scale-up? Do you enjoy playing the host? Don't wait any longer and apply! How you pedal us forward! - Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members; - You're the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have; - Providing sales through service and identifying what product(s) would best fit the member, to contribute to our commercial targets; - You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized; - You will drive around the city by car to help our members; - Perform small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on our Swapfiets bikes on site and in the store, so our members can happily keep biking; - Swap out bikes, if they can't be repaired on the spot, and drive them to our Store/Warehouse; The gear you need! - In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months); - Available to work between 8-12 hours per week; - Understand and speak Danish (and English); - Affinity with bikes and service; - Comfortable working with tools and eager to learn basic bike repairs; - Customer-oriented, with previous experience in a service or customer-facing role; - Reliable and flex...
