Jij zorgt ervoor dat de organisatiedoelstellingen worden geïnitieerd en bewaakt naar concrete store doelstellingen, plannen, acties en verbeterpunten. Daarnaast ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een team van verkoopadviseurs. Door jouw manier van coachend en motiverend leiderschap zorg jij ervoor dat jouw team hun talenten kunnen ontwikkelen en het beste uit zichzelf halen. Met gebruik van digitale verkooptools zorg jij samen met het team ervoor dat onze sterke merkformule 'omnichannel' succesvol wordt uitgevoerd. Je maakt er elke dag weer een feestje van samen, maar ook met de klant! Immers maken jullie elke dag klanten blij met gave interieur- en lifestyle producten. Jij neemt de beslissingen als het gaat om de juiste bezettingskeuzes, aanname van personeel en heldere en tijdige informatieoverdracht naar derden.
