Kom een van onze vestigingen leiden! Een goedlopende winkel neerzetten? Dat is het doel wat jij als Storemanager voor ogen hebt. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat klanten de service in de winkel een 10 geven. Bovendien controleer je de voorraad en financiële prestaties van de winkel. Dit zijn jouw werkzaamheden als Storemanager: - Je coacht en motiveert het team, zodat ze het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen. - Je houdt de prestaties van de winkel scherp in de gaten. - Je spot verbeteringen om klanten nog beter te kunnen helpen in de winkel. We houden van verfrissende ideeën! - Je bespreekt samen met de Areamanager de prestaties, verbeteringen en verkoopstrategieën, zodat de verkoopdoelstellingen worden gehaald. - Je zorgt dat de procedures en richtlijnen perfect worden geïmplementeerd en nageleefd. Uiteraard krijg jij: - Je verdient als Store Manager een salaris tussen €2.800 en €3.500 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 38 uur), arbeidsvoorwaardenregeling Hans Anders).Wanneer je doorgroeit naar een grotere locatie en/of meer verantwoordelijkheden/taken krijgt dan groeit je salaris uiteraard mee. - 24 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 38 uur) - Goede pensioenregeling Dit maakt werken bij Hans net even Anders: - Hans biedt diverse opleidingen om jezelf te ontplooien.
