Dat is de winkel waar jij als Storemanager in Maastricht verantwoordelijk voor bent. Je gaat werken voor een internationaal premium fashion- en lifestylemerk met een lange historie. Een merk dat zijn roots heeft in American Sportswear en inmiddels actief is in meer dan 70 markten wereldwijd. Een gevestigde naam dus, maar in Maastricht krijg jij vooral de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen winkel. Over het commerciële resultaat, de klantbeleving én de ontwikkeling van je team. Wat ga je doen als Storemanager? - Als Storemanager in Maastricht ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en commerciële resultaten van de winkel. - Je kent je cijfers en weet wat er nodig is om omzetdoelstellingen en KPI's te behalen. Maar je weet ook dat goede resultaten uiteindelijk op de winkelvloer ontstaan. - Door klanten oprecht aandacht te geven. Door kansen te zien. Door je team enthousiast te maken over een nieuwe collectie. En door ervoor te zorgen dat de winkel iedere dag de uitstraling en service heeft die bij een premium fashionmerk horen. - Je werkt met een team van ongeveer vijf medewerkers en staat zelf actief op de winkelvloer. Je bent dus niet alleen degene die aanstuurt. Je adviseert klanten, verkoopt mee en weet precies wat er in jouw winkel speelt.
