Het bedrijf is actief in de Europese retailmarkt voor slaapcomfort. De keten omvat heel wat winkels. Verder is onze klant actief in de ontwikkeling en groothandel van merkartikelen in de slaapkamerbranche in Nederland, Duitsland, België, Spanje, Frankrijk, Oostenrijk, Zweden en Zwitserland. De klant streeft ernaar uit te groeien tot de absolute Europese marktleider in de retailmarkt voor slaapcomfort. De onderneming beoogt haar onderscheidend vermogen te vergroten door meer eigen marketing en product concepten in de markt te zetten.

Voor de vacature als Filiaalmanager in een beddenzaak zal jij instaan voor volgende taken:

  • Je staat in voor het klantenonthaal & met jouw klantvriendelijkheid zorg je ervoor dat klanten zich direct welkom voelen in de winkel.
  • Aan de hand van je verkoopgesprek ga je professioneel advies verlenen & tracht je zo goed mogelijk in te spelen op diens behoeften.
  • Naast het verkopen, Visual merchandising en dergelijke sta je ook in voor offertes en orders op te volgen, je gaat dus een zeer polyvalente functie beoefenen.
  • Je zal volledig worden opgeleid, we verwachten uiteraard dat je zelf ook investeert in jouw kennis maar staan jou hier 100% in bij!

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature als filiaalmanager in een beddenzaak zoeken wij iemand met volgend profiel:

  • Bij voorkeur heb je al reeds ervaring opgebouwd in de verkoopsector, ervaring in de meubel- of slaapkamerbranche is een pluspunt, maar beslist niet noodzakelijk.

Indien je niet over ervaring beschikt weet je ons perfect te enthousiasmeren met jouw motivatie!

  • Je bent communicatief ingesteld, beschikt over commerciële feeling & werken met targets schrikt jouw zeker niet af.

Je weet dus als geen ander hoe je deze eigenschappen kan bundelen om een verkoop succesvol af te sluiten!

  • Je werkt steeds op zaterdag en zondag.

Uiteraard kan je ook eens genieten van een vrije dag in het weekend, dit is bespreekbaar.
