Groei zit niet alleen in nieuwe showrooms, maar vooral in de mensen die er werken. Wat je doet Als Storemanager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken in de showroom in de regio van Rotterdam. Jij zorgt dat klanten zich welkom voelen, het team goed presteert en commerciële doelstellingen worden behaald. - Je bent actief op de winkelvloer, stuurt bij waar nodig en neemt het team mee in een professionele, resultaatgerichte manier van werken. - Je coacht en ontwikkelt jouw verkoopteam - Je voert voortgangs- en beoordelingsgesprekken - Je denkt mee over commerciële kansen en verbeteringen Wat deze functie onderscheidt, is het perspectief. Je start als Storemanager in loondienst, maar krijgt de kans om door te groeien naar franchiser. Je leert ondernemen binnen een bewezen formule, met begeleiding, trainingen en sparring met andere ondernemers. Dit is een bewuste tussenstap voor mensen die uiteindelijk zelf verantwoordelijkheid willen dragen voor een eigen showroom, maar dat graag goed voorbereid doen. Wat breng jij mee?
