Wij zoeken een nieuwe collega voor 35uren/week om het team te vervoegen als store manager.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Geef het goede voorbeeld: Inspireer en begeleid je team.
  • Analyseer KPI’s: Implementeer initiatieven om verkoop en prestaties te maximaliseren.
  • Creëer een gastvrije omgeving: Zorg ervoor dat elke bezoeker en iedereen uit het team zich gewaardeerd en gesteund voelt.
  • Visuele merchandising: Zorg voor aantrekkelijke productpresentaties en beheer de winkelvoorraad.
  • Leef onze values: Laat onze missie en waarden dagelijks in je werk tot leven komen.
  • Coach en motiveer: Creëer een positieve werkomgeving voor jouw team. Als store manager ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van ons HR beleid.
