Als Onderhoudsmonteur ben je samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de technische beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de productielijnen. Je houdt je bezig met preventief en correctief onderhoud en zorgt ervoor dat technische storingen snel en structureel worden opgelost. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan productie- en verpakkingsmachines en overige installaties; Lokaliseren, analyseren en verhelpen van mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen; Reviseren van machineonderdelen en vervangen van versleten componenten; Werken aan de hand van technische tekeningen en elektro- en werktuigbouwkundige schema’s; Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem; Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en aandragen van technische verbeteringen; Meedenken over optimalisaties op het gebied van betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiency; Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie zoeken we een monteur die zelfstandig technische problemen kan analyseren en tegelijkertijd graag samenwerkt binnen een technische dienst. Je beschikt bij voorkeur over: Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 richting Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar; Ervaring als

onderhoudsmonteur, storingsmonteur of servicemonteur binnen een industriële omgeving; Kennis van zowel mechanische als elektrotechnische techniek; Ervaring met pneumatiek; Kennis van PLC-besturingen is een pré; Een praktische en oplossingsgerichte instelling; Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Een VCA-certificaat of de bereidheid om dit te behalen. Hier kom je te werken Je gaat via Xelvin aan de slag bij een toonaangevende productieorganisatie in de regio Zuid-Limburg. Op deze locatie wordt op grote schaal gewerkt met geautomatiseerde productie- en verpakkingslijnen, waardoor je als monteur te maken krijgt met een breed scala aan technieken. Binnen de technische dienst werk je samen met ervaren monteurs aan het onderhoud en de verdere optimalisatie van het machinepark. De organisatie investeert continu in haar productieomgeving, techniek en medewerkers. Hierdoor is er naast het dagelijkse onderhoud veel aandacht voor verbeterprojecten, betrouwbaarheid van installaties en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. De werksfeer is praktisch en collegiaal: korte lijnen, samenwerken wanneer dat nodig is en voldoende ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen.
