Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een technisch talent dat energie krijgt van het oplossen van storingen en het optimaliseren van machines? Wil je werken in een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek, innovatie en kwaliteit hand in hand gaan? Dan is deze functie als storing- en onderhoudstechnieker bij Royal A-ware Zonhoven (Limelco) iets voor jou.

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg jij ervoor dat de productie-installaties optimaal blijven draaien. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen beperk je stilstanden en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een efficiënt productieproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen aan machines en installaties
  • Opsporen en analyseren van technische problemen op basis van meldingen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van technische aanpassingen, revisies en uitbreidingswerken
  • Kalibreren en afstellen van regelsystemen voor een optimale werking
  • Beheren van wisselstukken en technische materialen
  • Toezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en een ordelijke werkplek
  • Samenwerken met productie om installaties maximaal beschikbaar te houden

  • A2-diploma Elektromechanica, Mechanica, Elektriciteit of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring
  • Ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker, storingstechnieker of technieker binnen een productieomgeving
  • Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en technisch onderhoud
  • Ervaring met PLC, automatisering en storingsanalyse is een sterke troef
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust kunnen werkenBereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken
